Bayside: Native American Story Time and Craft

Join Bayside Historical Society for a very special family event on Saturday, April 27! In celebration of Mother Earth (Earth Day), Author Donna Gentle Spirit Barron — a Matinecock Family Historian and Genealogist — will show the children how to make Mother Earth Storytelling necklaces with beads and lead them in the art of storytelling, a Matinecock Tradition. Storytelling is suitable for all ages. Younger children will be assisted with the craft. Cost is $5 per child/$15 maximum per family.
